I called in to enquire about booking a flu jab. After 2 or 3 questions to check availability, was offered next morning. Then the pharmacist said 'could do that now!' Into treatment room, friendly chat, small prick in arm. Back out on my bike home in 6 minutes. Excellent service!

Very helpful, friendly service. Flu vaccination easy to book, very friendly and absolutely painless. Staff have also gone out of their way to guide me through getting a short term prescription issued when the GP prescription went missing in the surgery system.

So much better since it changed hands. Staff are very friendly and courteous, and very knowledgeable. Prescriptions are ready much faster than before, often in just a couple of days instead of over a week like they used to be, and communication is excellent if there are any issues. Well done to you all for a fantastic service :)
