It's like night and day; the difference in service to the old Boots pharmacy is staggering.
Really goes to show what can be done when you focus on service and supporting your customers. How Boots made such a dogs dinner of this business would be fascinating to learn about. Maybe I'll ask the team and see if they'll give me the low down next time I'm in!
